Quick help
Practical answers for the features people use most.
Lockora uses Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. Make sure device authentication is enabled in iOS Settings and then reopen the app.
Use Restore Purchase in the app while signed in with the same Apple Account that made the original purchase. You will not be charged again.
Import media into the encrypted vault, organize it into folders, and swipe through photos or videos. Videos begin playing only after the swipe finishes.
Use Export or To Photos when you need a copy outside the vault. Exported copies are no longer protected by the app’s encrypted storage.
Choose an auto-lock interval in Settings. Optional local notifications can warn you shortly before the vault locks for your protection.
Bstone Solutions never receives your vault key or private media. Lockora does not currently provide vault backup or device-to-device restoration, so export important media before replacing or erasing the device.
Still need help?
Include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot of an error message can help as long as it contains no private media.
